Why use a mortgage broker?

Our first meeting is all about getting to know you. We will ask you about your current circumstances, including your employment and lifestyle, as well as your future plans and goals.

We will ask you some questions about your income and expenses in order to calculate the amount you can borrow and how much you can comfortably afford to repay. Based on your borrowing capacity plus any savings you may have, we will determine the maximum property price you can consider.

As accredited mortgage brokers we have access to over 30 different lenders. This allows us to research the loan products available in the market, then narrow down the options to find the best possible solution that meets your needs.

As well as explaining the loan product, interest rate and costs involved, we will answer any questions you may have to ensure that you feel comfortable taking the next steps.

When you’re ready to take the next steps with us, we will prepare the paperwork, lodge an application to the bank and keep you updated throughout the loan approval and loan settlement process.
Rest assured there is no charge to you for the service we provide. We are paid by the lender once your loan settles.

Our industry qualifications include include Financial Planning, Business Management, Finance and Mortgage Broking and full membership with The Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
